Full Court Analytics operates d1hoopsanalytics.com and the FCA analytics platform from Fort Wayne, Indiana. We provide basketball analytics and film breakdown services to high school and AAU programs. This policy explains what data we hold and how we treat it.
Program data and film
Game film sent to us, and the possession data our analysts produce from it, belong to the program that sent it. We use it to deliver that program's analytics, clips, and reports. We do not sell it, we do not license it, and we do not share one program's identifiable data with another program. Service providers that host or process data on our behalf may access it only to do that work.
Aggregate and de-identified benchmarking, such as percentile context, is produced in a form that does not identify another program's players.
Student athlete data
Player performance data is generated on behalf of the school or program that engages us. That program controls how it is used and shared with athletes and families. We work at their direction. Student athlete data is never used for advertising, resale, or profiling.
Other data we hold
- Coach and staff contact details: name, program, role, email, phone. Provided directly or listed publicly by a school athletic department.
- Platform account records for coaches and players.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, requested pages. Kept for security and troubleshooting.
Payment card details are not collected on this website.
Purposes
Delivering breakdowns and reports, operating accounts and support, sending business correspondence about the service to professional addresses, and maintaining security. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell personal information.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising or tracking cookies are set on this website. The platform uses only session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Retention
Film and program data are kept while a program is active with us and for a reasonable period afterward so that returning programs keep their season history. Earlier deletion is available on request.
